All Glass water distillation is a unique appliance used for water distillation. Ceramic bobbin heater with Nichrome heating wire acts as the heating material. The distillate has a very low conductivity of less than 1 mho. The company manufactures 1.5 l/hr capacity and 4.5 l/hr capacity for continuous run.
Added Feature:
The whole system is made up of stainless steel and is user friendly device with negligible maintenance. It has a unique feature to maintain the water level by solid state device. The alarm is sounded when the water is level is at its optimum level. The unit comes with three phase/single phase electrical power supply.
Water Still Condenser Opening Type:
The water still unit has been scientifically designed to run on electricity and ensures operational economy. It does not require any maintenance hassle except for occasional cleaning.
The body and the condenser tube is made up of stainless steel and provided with triple vapour baffles to prevent splashing of water into the delivery tube. The loss of steam is minimized by the lid which is sealed by the recess in the head of the still into which the flange of the lid rests. The steam is condensed in the condenser by the constant supply of water through the constant level arrangement. The condenser tube can be removed with ease by removing the wing nuts which hold the end condenser jacket together. The lid on removal exposes the evaporating vessel. The still is fitted with immersion type element which is able to displace the connector when the still runs dry. A bucket is provided, to be fixed upon the wall upon which the still rests.
