| Muffle Furnace |

The outer casing of the Muffle Furnace is made up of double walled thick PCRC sheet which is painted with attractive stove enamel. It uses light weight ceramic wool insulation instead of brick insulation. The heating element is made up of kanthal A-1 wires which are protected by high temperature cerwool insulation. The temperature is controlled by energy regulator fitted in the front of the furnace with two pilot lamps. The other parts constituting the equipments are pyrometer, thermometer, silver thermal fuse and main lead with power plug. It runs on 220/230 volts AC or 400/400 volts AC.
Temperature:
Maximum - 1000 / 1200 / 1400 and 1500°C.
Working Temperature : 900 / 1150/ 1300 and 1450°C.
