Kerone is the leading manufacturer of Industrial Ovens in India. The high quality industrial ovens and various heating systems have been designed for temperature as high as 400°C, large capacity working chambers and provide extreme distribution.
The industrial ovens are used in paint baking, varnish baking, plastic granules, drying chemicals and powder, electrode drying, Teflon coating, annealing, core hardening and pre-heating.
Construction:
The Industrial Oven has a heavy angle frame structure covered with M.S sheet welded joints. It is provided with a minimum of 10 mm glass wool insulation. The inner chamber has a double to triple walled construction of mild steel or stainless steel. Six doors and a trolley runner are fitted at the lower level. The side or top motor and blower provide air circulation in the system.
Heating and Controls:
Stainless steel tubular air heaters placed in the side cavities provide the heating and are easily replaceable. The working temperature within the oven is operated and controlled by thermostat or digital controller. The main control panel consists of Main Switch, Heater Selector, Switch Amps Meter, Voltmeter, Starter for Motor, Contactors and Indicating Lamps.
Size and Temperature:
The Industrial Oven of 7'x7'x7' and temperature of 250°C are available. The ovens of bigger size and higher temperature are available on request.
