Dissolution Rate Test Apparatus is widely used by the quality control and R&D department in the pharmaceutical industry to carry out test of tablets and capsules in accordance with the USP standard. The apparatus consists of a constant temperature water bath made of transparent acrylic. A round bottom glass jar is placed inside the batch having acrylic lid which allows a stirring shaft to pass through it. The shaft is suspended from the top and is operated by a motor. The electronic motor provides the exact speed within. Digital pre-set timer with alarm is the additional feature of the equipment. The basket assemblies and stirring paddles are made up of 316 grade stainless steel.
