 B.O.D. Incubators are used for storage of B.O.D. tests, vaccines, culture of bacteria, micro-organism and plant life seed germination work, serum incubation studies and immunological works etc. They are specially designed for close control of incubation and storage temperatures.
The double wall exterior is made up of GI. With power coating, flush fitting insulated door has magnetic gasket. The inner chamber is made up of 304 quality stainless steel. The inner door is made up of Plexiglas which allows inspection of the specimen without disturbing the temperature. The shelf position of the tray is adjustable.
Refrigeration evaporator, heater and centrifugal forced air circulator are located in the compartment at the back of the interior for creating positive air flow through the incubator. Optimum level of temperature is provided by the hermetically sealed compressors located below the unit. In-built safety PT-100 sensors prevent damages in case of temperature controller malfunctioning.
All controls are mounted on the top of the unit for better viewing and controlling. It includes a solid state temperature controller with digital and PT-100 sensors. A micro processor controller can be provided with cyclic digital timer as per the given order.
